Refund Policy

If Resumly isn't what you needed, email support@resumly.io within 14 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full. You don't need to give a reason. This covers the first payment, every 4-week renewal and the yearly pass.
How to ask
Write from the email address on your account, or include it in the message. We reply within 2 business days. Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; it is faster for you.
What happens after a refund
- The money goes back to the original payment method through Polar, our payment provider, including any tax collected. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Pro access paid for by that charge ends. Your resumes stay in your account.
- If you refund a subscription charge, we also cancel the subscription, so you are not charged again.
Cancelling is different from a refund
Cancelling in Profile → Manage billing stops future charges and keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. It doesn't refund the current period on its own; ask for a refund if you are still within 14 days of the charge.
After 14 days
We don't refund partly used periods after 14 days, except where the law requires it. Charges made by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a renewal after you cancelled, are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
