Privacy Policy

Resumly is run by 5narse LLP, Kazakhstan, who is responsible for your data. We collect only what the service needs, we don't sell it, and we don't show ads. Questions or requests: support@resumly.io.

What we store

• Account: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID, received from Google when you sign in.
• Resumes: everything you type into the editor, the template you picked, and when you last changed it.
• Purchases: which plan you bought, when your access starts and ends, and Polar's reference for the payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and request times, kept by our hosting providers for security and debugging.

Why we use it

• to sign you in and keep your resumes in your account;
• to unlock Pro after you pay and end it when your plan ends;
• to answer support requests and process refunds;
• to see which pages are visited and how fast they load, so we can improve the site;
• to keep the service secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your data, don't share it with employers or recruiters, and don't use your resumes for advertising.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Google: sign-in with your Google account.
• Polar: payments, invoices and tax, as merchant of record. Polar collects your billing details under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel: hosting, plus anonymous page-view and performance analytics (Web Analytics, Speed Insights). They use no cookies and don't identify you across sites or across days.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

Your account and resumes stay until you delete them. Delete a resume in the app at any time; to delete your whole account, email us and we remove it within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@resumly.io and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Resumly is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we email you before it takes effect.
